Use with the project drawings. This is a quotation checklist, not a structural design or load rating.

DOCUMENTS AND SCOPE
[ ] General arrangement, fabrication drawings and controlled interface drawings
[ ] Part numbers, revisions, units, quantities and matching model if available
[ ] Controlling document identified; conflicts between files resolved
[ ] Idler frames, brackets and structural modules listed separately
[ ] Rollers, guards, walkways, anchors, fasteners and other loose items included or excluded explicitly
[ ] Existing-site dimensions verified and distinguished from historic drawing values

DESIGN INPUTS
[ ] Support locations, spans, restraints and connections to adjacent structures
[ ] Applicable loads, their units, direction and point or length of application
[ ] Operating values distinguished from factored design loads
[ ] Applicable load combinations, deflection limits and design criteria supplied by responsible engineer
[ ] Responsibility agreed for calculations, connection design and foundation information

INTERFACES AND ACCESS
[ ] Mounting faces, hole patterns and heights located from agreed references
[ ] Roller arrangement, shaft-end supports and retention details
[ ] Handed parts, orientation, adjustment range and mating-component references
[ ] Space for fasteners, tools, roller withdrawal and required guards
[ ] Maintenance and installation envelope reviewed with equipment owner

FABRICATION AND FINISH
[ ] Sections, plate thicknesses, material grades and standards
[ ] Joint and weld requirements, required inspection and finished geometry
[ ] Machined faces, surface finish and final measurement condition
[ ] Coating system, acceptance requirements and masking
[ ] Mating dimensions specified for the required pre- or post-finish condition

ASSEMBLY, ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY
[ ] Welded, bolted or kit-of-parts delivery condition
[ ] Trial assembly scope and responsibility for mating components
[ ] Dimensional checks, reference features, tolerances and inspection extent
[ ] Required material, weld, coating and dimensional records
[ ] Item numbers and match marks linked to assembly drawing and packing list
[ ] Transport limits, destination and required date
[ ] Open technical questions clearly marked before quotation
