Use this with the current drawing, deck survey or reference sample.
Mark unknown values for review rather than guessing them.

SCREENING DUTY
- Machine/model, deck and panel position
- Material, feed-size distribution, maximum size and near-size fraction
- Expected feed rate and relevant variations
- Moisture, clay/sticky fines and wash-water condition
- Operating temperature and exposure to chemicals, oils or cleaning agents
- Required product grading and acceptable misplaced material

SCREENING SURFACE
- Media material/grade or proposed construction
- Aperture shape, size, orientation and measuring face
- Wire diameter/weave or panel thickness and aperture profile
- Open-area percentage and its calculation basis: active region, panel or deck
- Blank, impact, transition and special sections

INSTALLED FIT
- Overall dimensions, edge profiles and underside photographs
- Support locations and deck contour
- Tension direction, hooks/clamps or modular locating/locking features
- Adjoining panels and included fastening parts
- Quantity by panel type and deck position
- Machine review of any conversion or change in media mass

REPLACEMENT RECORD
- Drawing revision and units; unworn reference where available
- Current wear and blockage photographs, identified by deck position
- Operating hours, feed conditions and product analyses
- Desired improvement: usable output, grading, wear, blockage or change-out time
- Agreed trial conditions and comparison measures

QUOTATION AND ACCEPTANCE
- Material, aperture, dimensional and trial-fit checks required
- Documentation, identification and any inspection hold points
- Included fixings, exclusions and supplier assumptions
- Packing, destination and required delivery date

Inspect or measure only under the site's safe shutdown and isolation procedure.
