Manufacturing capabilities

Select Processes From the Part and Project Requirements

ROCKVANTA coordinates CNC machining, fabrication, conveyor-component production and heat treatment according to the confirmed part, material and inspection requirements. The project plan identifies the selected base and any supporting processes.

Chinese operator working at a CNC gantry machining center

CNC machining and supporting-process review

CNC machining

Medium-to-large parts, shafts, housings and drawing-defined interfaces are reviewed around the part envelope, material, setup access, datums and inspection needs.

Chinese welder fabricating a steel equipment frame in a controlled fixture

Fabrication and downstream-operation review

Welding and fabrication

Frames, brackets, structures and welded assemblies are reviewed around material sections, joint definition, fixture needs, distortion control and downstream operations.

Conveyor roller production machines arranged in a dedicated workshop area

Product-specific production and inspection review

Conveyor component production

Rollers, idlers, pulleys, frames and rebuild components are produced from the approved component definition and required product checks.

Rail-guided heat-treatment furnace and guarded loading area

Applicable treatment and verification review

Heat treatment and supporting work

Treatment methods are selected from the material, supplied condition, treated zone or whole-part requirement, and the operations that follow.

Project coordination

How ROCKVANTA Selects a Base and Coordinates Production

Each project is reviewed separately. Available capacity, lead time, process coverage and required records are confirmed during RFQ review.

  1. Review the project requirements

Confirm the drawing, material, process, inspection and delivery requirements.

  2. Select the most suitable manufacturing base

Match the job to the relevant equipment, processes and available capacity.

  3. Coordinate production and inspection

Coordinate supporting processes, inspection points, documents and handoffs.

  4. Confirm packing and release requirements

Keep the agreed records, identification, packing and export preparation with the order.

Project documentation

Define the Inspection and Document Package Before Production.

Tell us which material certificates, inspection reports, test records or third-party attendance your project requires. We will review the proposed production plan and confirm the document package in the quotation.

If a certificate or qualification is requested, it is supplied for the named legal holder and original certified scope. Public copies are redacted where required, and availability is confirmed for the specific order.

Material certificates and traceability records

Dimensional, hardness, NDT or product-specific reports

Third-party inspection timing and scope

Document format, language and release point

Machined parts, drawings and measurement tools in a quality inspection area

Agree required records and inspection points before the order is released.
