Start With the Load, Ground and Access

A crawler transporter is useful when material must move through narrow access or over loose and uneven ground where wheeled equipment may not be suitable.

When comparing a mini crawler dumper manufacturer, send a clear operating brief. State what will be carried, where the machine will travel, how it must unload and what limits the overall size.

  • Material and load

State the material, expected load and working pattern.

  • Ground and incline

Describe the surface, slope length, cross-slope and obstructions.

  • Access envelope

Provide access width, turning space, gates, lifts and indoor clearances.

  • Discharge point

Define the receiving point, approach and required dumping geometry.

Dumper Models for Your Site

ELY2.0 and EH3.0 are available model references for farm, household, small-mine and worksite enquiries. Describe the load, access width, ground conditions and unloading point so we can confirm the appropriate configuration.

Reference configuration

Use the Reference Configuration to Define the RFQ

The supplied product brochure identifies ELT500FD as one available reference for this product family. These values help start a technical comparison; the quoted configuration, destination requirements and included records must still be confirmed for the order.

Review Dumping, Travel and Site Access Together

The load has to reach the receiving point without creating a conflict between access, stability and discharge geometry.

Confirm the discharge point

Front tipping is only useful when the machine can approach the receiving point safely and the discharge height and reach suit the site. Send the required discharge direction, edge condition, receiving container or pile arrangement and any access restriction.

Agree the Checks Before Shipment

The quotation records the checks and documents required for the confirmed machine configuration.

  • Dimensions and interfaces

Confirm the agreed machine envelope, body, controls and project interfaces.

  • Running gear and function

Review track, running gear, tipping and applicable mechanical or hydraulic functions.

  • Records and packing

Confirm requested records, identification, inspection hold points and export packing.

Third-party inspection

For standard products or custom production orders, third-party inspection can be provided when required. The buyer may arrange an inspector, nominate an inspection body, or ask ROCKVANTA to coordinate with a suitable provider. Inspection, reinspection and report fees, timing and scope are confirmed and buyer-paid before the order or shipment.

Assign Dumper Production to the Relevant Base

ROCKVANTA owns and operates five specialized manufacturing bases. Our team reviews the machine and project inputs, assigns the relevant base and coordinates production and supporting work.

Production scope, available capacity and timing are confirmed for the specific RFQ.

How We Select a Manufacturing Base
  1. Review the load, ground and access

  2. Assign the relevant base

  3. Coordinate production and supporting work

  4. Confirm inspection and packing requirements
