Crushing
Jaw plates and drawing-defined crusher wear components
As a mining wear parts manufacturer, ROCKVANTA produces parts against drawings, specifications or samples. Start with the equipment, wear location and material handled to identify the relevant product family.

Jaw plates and drawing-defined crusher wear components
Wear plates, wear blocks, ceramic and composite liners
Vibrating screen media and polyurethane screen panels
These product families can work in the same plant, but they require different technical inputs. Select the category that matches the part’s job, then send the equipment reference, wear conditions and available dimensions.

For jaw plates and other drawing-defined crusher components. Show the crusher reference, part position, mating geometry, material requirement and the wear conditions that matter to the order.

For vibrating screen media and polyurethane screen panels. Provide the screen reference, panel size, aperture, fixing arrangement and material handled.
Explore Screen Media & PU PanelsComplete crushers, crushing plants, screening machines and screening plants are handled under Equipment. Bucket teeth and other ground-engaging parts are handled under Undercarriage & GET Parts.

Send the component position, wear conditions, material information and the dimensions or interfaces that must remain fixed. ROCKVANTA uses these inputs to review the applicable product construction.
Identify the machine, component position and the area where wear or impact is concentrated.
Describe the material, approximate size range, moisture, impact, abrasion and operating conditions relevant to the part.
Send the current drawing when available. A sample, clear photographs and equipment information can support the review where a drawing is incomplete.
Mark bolt holes, countersinks, backing, adjacent parts, panel fixing and any envelope that must be retained.
State the enquiry quantity, project stage, required inspection or records, destination and packing expectations.
Production planning starts after the product and acceptance requirements are clear. Different wear parts may require different combinations of forming, casting, machining, fabrication, heat treatment, surface work and inspection.

Resolve the product identity, critical dimensions, material notes, mating interfaces and open technical points before production begins.

Plan the applicable manufacturing steps for the approved part. The sequence depends on geometry, material, quantity and the agreed acceptance criteria.

Tie dimensional checks, hardness testing, NDT and supporting records to the quoted scope where applicable and requested.
The approved project definition determines the material, process sequence and acceptance requirements included in the quotation.
Inspection is planned against the drawing, specification and purchase requirements. Tell us which checks, records and hold points the order needs before production starts.
Identify the dimensions, hole patterns, profiles and mating features that control installation.
State the required grade, hardness range, heat-treatment note or material record where these form part of acceptance.
Define the surface condition, aperture, fixing details, wear face or other features that must be checked.
Include NDT, inspection reports, material documents or traceability requirements where applicable to the quoted part.

If required, the buyer may arrange an inspector, nominate an inspection body or ask ROCKVANTA to coordinate with a suitable provider. Inspection timing, scope and cost must be agreed before the order or shipment. Inspection, reinspection and report fees are buyer-paid.
ROCKVANTA owns and operates five specialized manufacturing bases. Our team reviews the part, drawing, material, production and inspection requirements, assigns the relevant base and coordinates any supporting work.
Production scope, available capacity and timing are confirmed for the specific RFQ.
