Type, condition and handling behaviour

ROCKVANTA manufactures screening machines to customer drawings, specifications or an agreed project brief. Tell us what goes in, what must come out and how the machine will fit into your site.
Type, condition and handling behaviour
Size range, feed method and variability
Required fractions and acceptance points
Space, access, support and discharge interfaces
Available supply and controls reference
Send the feed condition, required fractions, final aperture, working environment and adjacent-equipment interfaces. ROCKVANTA uses these inputs to review the screening arrangement.
If you are comparing a custom screening equipment manufacturer, send the operating brief together with any drawing, sample, photograph or reference machine already available.

Describe the incoming size range, shape, moisture, contamination and any tendency to bridge or blind.
State the fractions or removal objective and how the accepted result will be checked.
Provide the operating pattern and required throughput range for the project.
Show the upstream feed method, downstream chutes, conveyors, bins and available clearances.
Include the number of fractions, preferred media or deck interface where these have already been defined.
Share the available supply, control expectations, site environment, destination and required project records.
The ELT20, ELT30, ELT40 and ELT50 series, including ELT20F, ELT30F, ELT40F and ELT50F, cover enquiries for farms, household projects, small mines and worksites. Send your material and required separation so we can identify the suitable machine and screen arrangement.
RSV70G and ELT60DD are separate brochure configurations. Feed load, throughput, apertures and destination electrical requirements are confirmed for the selected machine.
Three related enquiries need different technical briefs. This page covers the screening machine itself; larger plant integration and replacement screen media are handled separately.

For small screeners and industrial screening machines defined around the material, deck arrangement, support frame and discharge interfaces.
Review Screening Machine RequirementsChoose Screening Plants when mobility, feed handling, conveyors and multiple output points must be assessed as one site arrangement.
Review Screening PlantsUse Screen Media & PU Panels for replacement panels, aperture requirements or deck-interface parts supplied as a component order.
Review Screen Media & PU PanelsThere is no useful universal layout for rock, aggregate, sand or waste screening. The arrangement is reviewed around the supplied material and operating brief.

The hopper, chute, protection and feed distribution must suit the material and the upstream equipment.

Deck count, usable screening area, media interface and discharge paths are reviewed against the required separation.
The support arrangement must account for the installation envelope, maintenance access and the interfaces supplied by the project.
Outlet positions, chutes and transfer points are coordinated with conveyors, bins or other downstream equipment where included.
The quotation confirms the motor, electrical and control references for the specified machine and destination.

The technical review starts with the material, required separation and any drawing or reference arrangement. Open interfaces are identified before production planning begins.
Fabrication, machining, purchased components, assembly and surface finishing are then planned for the quoted scope. The final process sequence depends on the approved machine definition.
Inspection is tied to the approved drawing and order scope. Dimensional checks, assembly checks, records or functional review can be included where applicable and agreed before production.
Confirm critical frame, deck, hopper, outlet and installation interfaces against the approved machine definition.
Identify the certificates, hardness results, weld records or surface records required for the specific order.
Agree any assembly, rotation, vibration, electrical or no-load checks applicable to the quoted configuration.

If required, the buyer may arrange an inspector, nominate an inspection body or ask ROCKVANTA to coordinate with a suitable provider. Inspection timing, scope and cost must be agreed before the order or shipment. Inspection, reinspection and report fees are buyer-paid.
ROCKVANTA owns and operates five specialized manufacturing bases. Our team reviews the machine, production, inspection and project requirements, assigns the relevant base and coordinates any supporting work.
Production scope, available capacity and timing are confirmed for the specific RFQ.
How We Select a Manufacturing BaseReview the screening brief
Assign the relevant base
Coordinate production and supporting work
Confirm inspection and packing requirements

Send the material, feed range, required separation, site interfaces and available reference files. ROCKVANTA reviews the brief and returns the technical points still needed for quotation.
