Material
Rock, concrete, asphalt or another defined feed
ROCKVANTA manufactures mobile, portable and compact crushing equipment to customer drawings, specifications or an agreed project brief. Send the material data, required product, site layout and preferred machine arrangement so our engineers can review the configuration and prepare a quotation.

Rock, concrete, asphalt or another defined feed
Maximum size, shape, moisture and variability
Target size range, throughput and next process
Tracked, portable, skid-mounted or project-defined
Available source and control requirements
Site conditions, transport limits and local requirements
Describe the feed material, required product, operating pattern, upstream loading method and downstream equipment. Our engineers use these details to review the complete feed-to-discharge arrangement.
Send available test data, photographs or samples when the material is difficult to describe. Any output target will be reviewed against the material data, feed size and proposed machine configuration.

State the material type, maximum lump size, bulk condition, moisture, contamination and any reinforcing steel or foreign material that may affect feeding or crushing.
State the target size range, permitted oversize, required throughput or operating duty and how the result will be checked. Include the next conveyor, screen, stockpile or process when it affects the discharge arrangement.
Provide the expected operating pattern, ambient conditions, dust or water constraints, maintenance access and any limits on noise or site movement already defined for the project.
Tell us whether the equipment needs to be tracked, portable, skid-mounted or installed on a fixed base. Send a drawing, reference machine or site layout when available.

For projects that require a self-propelled tracked base and an integrated feed, jaw-crushing and discharge arrangement. Define travel conditions, transport limits, maintenance access and the position of adjacent equipment.

For equipment moved between prepared positions or installed on a project-defined base. Provide lifting, towing or skid interfaces, support points, feed height and discharge connections.
For smaller site envelopes or lower-volume project duties where the feed opening, chamber, drive, guarding and discharge path must fit a defined space. Send the available envelope and access restrictions.
These are example arrangements rather than fixed ROCKVANTA models. The machine configuration, expected output and quoted scope are confirmed for each RFQ.
This page covers complete crushing machines and drawing-led equipment projects.
For replacement jaw plates and other crusher wear parts, use Crusher Wear Parts.
For screening-only equipment, use Screening Machines.

Provide the upstream loading method, hopper volume or envelope, feed-control method and any grizzly, pre-screen or protection requirement already defined.
Identify the preferred crusher type or reference machine, required wear-part interface, drive source, guarding and maintenance access.
Show the support or track arrangement, lifting and transport points, working clearances, service platforms and structural interfaces controlled by the site layout.
Define the discharge height, conveyor or chute arrangement, transfer points and the screen, stockpile or process receiving the crushed material.
State the available power supply or preferred engine specification, control requirements, destination market and known site rules. Compliance and the power package are confirmed for the quoted project.
ROCKVANTA reviews the approved drawings and quoted supply scope, then plans the fabrication, machining, assembly and supporting work included in the order.

Plate preparation, fit-up, welding sequence, access and dimensional checks are planned around the frame drawing and the loads identified for the project.
Bearing seats, shaft locations, mounting faces, bores and other controlled interfaces are machined and checked against the approved drawings when included in the quoted scope.
Purchased components, guards, platforms, conveyors, controls and other included items are assembled to the agreed scope of supply. Assembly state, loose items and export preparation are confirmed before shipment.

Inspection is planned against the approved drawings and quoted deliverables. Depending on the project, the plan may include frame dimensions, machined interfaces, assembly checks, rotation or no-load checks, material and welding records, identification and packing records.

ROCKVANTA owns and operates five specialized manufacturing bases. The team reviews the equipment drawing, production processes, inspection requirements and project schedule, helps select the most suitable base and coordinates any supporting work.
Available capacity, process coverage and timing are confirmed for the specific RFQ.

Attach the available drawing, reference machine, general arrangement, material information and site layout. If a value is not yet confirmed, mark it as open. We will identify any missing technical details during the RFQ review.
