Custom Equipment Built to Drawings and Operating Requirements

ROCKVANTA is a custom crushing and screening equipment manufacturer for drawing-led and project-defined orders. Start with the material, duty, site and required output.

Choose the Equipment Category by Application

For procurement teams comparing custom equipment manufacturers, the useful first decision is the job the machine must perform. Each category below needs a different technical brief and different interfaces to be settled before quotation.

Custom Crushing Equipment

For drawing- or project-defined crushers and compact crushing equipment. Send the material, feed condition, required product, mobility needs and any reference arrangement.

Screening Plants

For mobile or portable screening plants where the feed, screen stages, material flow, site arrangement and output points must be considered as one project scope.

Custom Equipment Manufactured to Project Requirements

ROCKVANTA reviews equipment against the customer’s drawing, specification or agreed project brief. Model range, output, availability and delivery scope are confirmed for each RFQ.

Complete equipment and plants

Crushers, screening machines, screening plants, mini crawler dumpers and mini skid steers are reviewed as complete equipment.

Wear and replacement parts

Crusher wear parts, wear plates and liners are handled under Mining, Crusher & Wear Products. Use that route for component-only enquiries.

Screen media and PU panels

Screen media and polyurethane panels are handled as a separate product family because aperture, panel geometry and deck interface control the part.

Define the Operating Brief Before the Equipment

Send the model reference or photograph together with the material, required output, site interfaces and acceptance points. ROCKVANTA reviews these inputs and returns a list of open technical questions, the proposed supply boundary and the records needed for the RFQ.

Send the available general arrangement, BOM or reference machine. Add the operating brief below to identify any missing information required for manufacturing review.

  • Material and feed conditions

Describe the material, feed size or form, moisture, contamination and any variable that affects handling.

  • Required process and output

State whether the duty is crushing, screening, conveying or compact material movement, and how the result will be judged.

  • Duty and operating environment

Include working hours, weather, dust, impact, ground condition, access and maintenance constraints where relevant.

  • Mobility and site envelope

Show travel, relocation, transport, feed and discharge clearances that affect the arrangement.

  • Power and controls references

Provide the available power source, voltage or engine preference, control interfaces and local requirements already known.

  • Destination and project records

State the destination, packing needs, inspection scope and documents required for the enquiry.

Confirm the Equipment Definition Before Production Planning

The approved equipment definition determines the required fabrication, machining, assembly, inspection and export-preparation steps.

  1. Drawing or brief review

Resolve the application, arrangement, interfaces, open points and information needed before production planning begins.

  2. Production process review

Identify the applicable fabrication, machining, purchased-component and assembly work for the quoted scope.

  3. Production coordination

Coordinate the approved definition, changes, hold points and project records across the required operations.

  4. Inspection

Plan dimensional, functional, assembly or other project checks where applicable and included in the order.

  5. Export preparation

Coordinate assembly state, documents and packing against the destination and agreed shipping scope.

Third-party inspection

If required, the buyer may arrange an inspector, nominate an inspection body or ask ROCKVANTA to coordinate with a suitable provider. Inspection timing, scope and cost must be agreed before the order or shipment. Inspection, reinspection and report fees are buyer-paid.

Assign the Equipment Project to the Relevant Manufacturing Base

ROCKVANTA owns and operates five specialized manufacturing bases. Our team reviews the equipment, drawing, production, inspection and project requirements, assigns the relevant base and coordinates any supporting work.

Production scope, available capacity and timing are confirmed for the specific RFQ.

How We Select a Manufacturing Base
  1. Review the equipment brief

  2. Assign the relevant base

  3. Coordinate production and supporting work

  4. Confirm inspection, packing and delivery scope

Send an Equipment Brief the Team Can Review

Lead time, MOQ, warranty, inspection scope, documentation and packing are confirmed for the specific RFQ. The more clearly the job and interfaces are defined, the more useful the first review will be.
