Three Parts Procurement Categories

Start with the equipment or application

Choose the category that matches the equipment or application. Each category page lists its scope and RFQ inputs.

Track roller, idler and sprocket components for construction machinery

Construction Machinery, Undercarriage & GET Parts

Scope. Track shoes, pads, rollers, idlers, pins, bushings, shafts, sprockets, segments, bucket teeth, GET, structural and wear parts.

Requirements. Send the machine and application, drawing or sample, critical interfaces, material or process notes, quantity and inspection requirements. ROCKVANTA reviews the fit and identifies the applicable product family, open technical points and requested inspection records for the RFQ.

Start With the Requirement

Give Us the Details That Affect Fit, Process and Inspection

Put the key facts on the table before comparing price and process. Include what is known and mark anything still open.

We can review an incomplete enquiry as long as open points are clear.

Equipment and application

name the machine, duty, wear location or working environment.

Drawing, sample or reference

share critical dimensions, interfaces and notes that affect manufacture or installation.

Material, process and operating conditions

list known grades, hardness, heat treatment, surface requirements, loads or materials handled.

Quantity and project stage

say whether this is development, replacement, a project batch or continuing supply.

Inspection and delivery inputs

list required records, applicable tests, destination and packing instructions.

OEM and Project-Based Parts

Use the Drawing, Sample or Interface

Custom equipment parts may need to fit an existing assembly; OEM industrial components may be developed for a new machine or project. In either case, the drawing, sample or interface is more useful than a catalog name.

ROCKVANTA manufactures to customer drawings, samples, specifications and project requirements. We review geometry, materials, required processes and inspection needs before confirming the production plan.

Manufacturing and Control Support

Choose Processes From the Part and Drawing

The part tells us what you need; the drawing and project details tell us how to make it. Production may include CNC machining, cutting, drilling, turning, milling, welding, fabrication, heat treatment, induction hardening or surface finishing.

Inspection is agreed with the manufacturing scope. Dimensional inspection, hardness testing, NDT and roller or pulley testing may be specified where applicable. List the required reports, hold points and packing records during the enquiry so they can be planned before production.

Five Manufacturing Bases

Select a Manufacturing Base From the Confirmed Product Requirements

ROCKVANTA owns and operates five specialized manufacturing bases. We review the confirmed drawing, material, process, inspection and project requirements, identify the relevant base, and coordinate any supporting work. Capabilities and available capacity are confirmed for each RFQ.
