Product and application
What the part or equipment needs to do
Send the drawing, specification, sample details or reference photos that define the job. ROCKVANTA’s engineering and procurement team will review what can be quoted and identify any points that need clarification.

What the part or equipment needs to do
Current drawing, model, sample or reference
Specified grade, treatment, finish or open points
Required quantity and where the project stands
Checks, records and hold points required
Delivery location and packing requirements
Send the confirmed requirements and list any open points separately. ROCKVANTA will return the technical questions needed to complete the quotation review.

Name the part or machine, the equipment it fits and the operating conditions that matter.
Attach the latest drawing, 3D model, sample information, photograph or reference specification. State the revision when one applies.
List the specified material, hardness, heat treatment, surface finish, welding or other process requirements. Mark anything still open for review.
Share the quantity being considered and whether the work is at enquiry, prototype, replacement or production stage.
Identify critical dimensions, functional requirements, inspections, tests, reports and any third-party hold points required for the quoted scope.
Provide the destination country or port, packing instructions and the date the project needs to work toward. Timing is confirmed with the specific RFQ.
Label every unconfirmed dimension, material or test requirement as an open point for technical review.
Use the closest route below to share the right type of technical information. A mixed project can include more than one route.

Drawing-defined undercarriage, conveyor, crusher, wear and other industrial components.
Review Product Families
Screening machines, compact equipment and project-defined machinery built to an agreed brief.
Review Equipment
CNC machining, fabrication, treatment, finishing and coordinated build-to-print work.
Review Manufacturing ServicesWe review the available drawings, specifications and project requirements, then return any questions needed to prepare the quotation.
We check the available drawing, sample information, specifications and requested deliverables.
Questions are returned where a material, interface, process, acceptance point or commercial input needs definition.
The team identifies a suitable manufacturing base and the machining, fabrication, treatment, inspection or packing work involved.
The quotation lists the manufacturing scope, inspection and document requirements, packing, exclusions and any points still awaiting confirmation.
Inspection should follow the drawing and the quoted deliverables. Depending on the project, the plan may include dimensional checks, hardness testing, NDT, process records or product-specific tests where applicable.
Identify the dimensions, functions, interfaces or test results that need recorded evidence.
List material, treatment, inspection or other records that must be included in the quoted deliverables.
The buyer may arrange an inspector, nominate an inspection body or ask ROCKVANTA to coordinate with a suitable provider.
Inspection timing, scope and cost must be agreed before the order or shipment. Inspection, reinspection and report fees are buyer-paid.

Tell us where the order is going and whether the project calls for assembly, protection, marking, export packing or specific shipping records. The packing scope is then confirmed with the product and destination.
ROCKVANTA owns and operates five specialized manufacturing bases. We review the technical and project requirements, help select the most suitable base and coordinate the manufacturing route internally.
Available capacity, process coverage and timing are confirmed for the specific RFQ.
