Screen duty
Material handled, target separation and operating condition
ROCKVANTA supplies drawing- and sample-defined polyurethane screen panels and vibrating screen media for project requirements. Send the aperture, panel dimensions, deck interface, material handled and quantity so the product definition and acceptance scope can be reviewed before quotation.

Material handled, target separation and operating condition
Opening shape, nominal size and layout
Overall dimensions, thickness and edge profile
Deck position, fixing method and adjoining panels
Send the screening duty, aperture layout, panel geometry and deck interface. ROCKVANTA uses these inputs to define the PU screen panel specification.

For modular panels, edge-defined sections and replacement panels made to the approved drawing, specification or sample. Send the complete panel outline and the features that locate or retain it on the deck.

Define the opening shape, nominal size, orientation and active screening area. If more than one panel layout is used on the deck, mark the location of each type.
Show the rail, clamp, pin, rebate, edge or other interface that connects the panel to the supporting structure. For replacement work, identify which panels form one set and how the existing arrangement is defined.
Panel formulation, hardness, aperture tolerance, open area and performance targets are confirmed only for the specific enquiry.
Our steel screen-media production primarily supports our screening machines. Send the machine model, deck layout and target separation so we can confirm the panel geometry and attachment details.
Record the material, impact, abrasion, moisture, temperature and fastening conditions at the deck position where the panel will work.
Identify the bulk material and any condition that affects the screening surface.
State the target cut or product size and any specified opening requirement.
Describe relevant moisture, fines, impact, loading or contamination.
Mark the deck, zone and panel location within the screening arrangement.
Provide the screen model or deck reference, where available, together with maintenance and access constraints.

Define the opening together with the overall dimensions, edge profile, support points, fixing features and adjoining panels.
For a new or replacement set, show the panel sequence and mark every transition, blanking, impact or special section. ROCKVANTA uses the supplied drawing, sample and deck information to select the panel construction and fixing system.
Production and inspection requirements are planned from the approved panel drawing, sample and project information.
Resolve aperture, panel geometry, edge and fixing features, deck interfaces and open points.
Confirm the applicable tooling, forming, machining, finishing or assembly steps for the quoted panel.
Keep panel positions, quantities, identification and packing tied to the approved arrangement.
Connect dimensional checks, material records and requested documents to the quoted scope where applicable.
No single material recipe, process sequence, fixing method or inspection package applies to every screen-media project.

Inspection is planned against the approved drawing, sample, specification and purchase requirements. State which dimensions, openings, interfaces, records and hold points form part of acceptance.
Overall dimensions, edge profile, thickness and critical locating features.
Opening shape, nominal size, orientation and layout where specified.
Fixing features, adjoining panels, panel position and replacement-set identification.
Inspection reports, material documents or other project records where applicable.
If required, the buyer may arrange an inspector, nominate an inspection body or ask ROCKVANTA to coordinate with a suitable provider. Inspection timing, scope and cost must be agreed before the order or shipment. Inspection, reinspection and report fees are buyer-paid.
ROCKVANTA owns and operates five specialized manufacturing bases. Our team reviews the screen duty, panel definition, production and inspection requirements, assigns the relevant base and coordinates any supporting work.
Production scope, available capacity and timing are confirmed for the specific RFQ.
