Conveyor position
Carrying, return, impact, transition or a drawing-defined support point
Send the conveyor layout, loads, mounting interfaces, material, finish and quantity. We will identify the fabricated items, inspection requirements and exclusions in the quotation.

Carrying, return, impact, transition or a drawing-defined support point
Belt, material, equipment and maintenance loads supplied by the buyer
Roller centres, mounting points, adjacent steelwork and installation envelope
Material, sections, joints, finish and supplied condition
Dimensions, records, packing and project-specific inspection points
Show where the item sits in the conveyor and the interfaces it must support. The quotation will state whether the supply covers idler frames, brackets, larger fabricated structures or a combination.

When sourcing an idler frame manufacturer, provide the roller arrangement, trough or return position, mounting centres, support points and project load information. The quotation will identify the frame, brackets and any supplied assembly items.

Send the mating dimensions, hole pattern, adjustment range, material and finish. The quotation will list the bracket geometry, supplied parts, finish and exclusions.

Share the conveyor layout, spans, support locations, loads and connection details. We will identify the frames, supports and fabricated sections included in the quotation.
We manufacture conveyor frames and structures for different belt widths, with design support available. Share the conveyor layout, loading and installation interfaces so we can define the fabrication drawings and assembly scope.

Send the latest drawing or layout with the information below. If the design is still developing, we will list the missing dimensions and interfaces that must be confirmed before quotation.
Show the conveyor location, belt direction, material handled and the function of the frame or structure.
Provide the applied loads, operating conditions and the buyer-approved design basis for the quoted structure.
Identify roller centres, anchor points, hole patterns, elevations, clearances and connections to existing steelwork.
State the material grade, plate thicknesses, profiles and any customer-controlled joint details.
Specify the required finish and describe corrosion, abrasion, washdown or outdoor exposure where relevant.
State the required quantity and note whether the layout is at concept, tender, approval or issued-for-manufacture stage.
You will receive a confirmed supply boundary, a list of open technical points and the information needed to complete the quotation.
Preparing frame drawings? Review loads, mounting interfaces and fabrication details
Roller and frame dimensions to mark on a sketchWe review the complete frame or structure against the supplied drawing. The quotation will list the material preparation, welding, supporting operations, finish, records and packing included for the project.
Cutting, blanking, drilling and section preparation are planned from the approved material and drawing.
Fixtures, joint access and welding sequence are reviewed against the assembly geometry and requested records.
Machining, straightening, heat treatment or other supporting work is included only when the drawing or specification calls for it.
The specified surface finish, identification, assembly condition and export packing are recorded in the quoted scope.

Send the dimensions, inspection points and records required for acceptance. ROCKVANTA uses them to prepare a project-specific inspection plan.
Check the overall dimensions, elevations, hole patterns and interfaces identified on the approved reference.
Confirm the straightness, squareness, spacing or alignment criteria that affect installation and roller position.
Identify the certificates, weld records, NDT or other documents required for the quoted structure.
Agree the finish checks, identification, packing status and release records needed before shipment.
ROCKVANTA owns and operates five specialized manufacturing bases. We review the structure, material, interfaces, fabrication, finish and inspection requirements, identify the base suited to the quoted work and coordinate supporting processes internally.
The quotation review will confirm the proposed manufacturing base, available capacity, production timing, inspection requirements and supplied scope.
Review the Manufacturing NetworkInclude the controlled information below so engineering and procurement can review the same scope.
Lead time, MOQ, production route, inspection scope and documentation are confirmed for the specific RFQ.
