Equipment
Make, model, working position and application
ROCKVANTA manufactures track sprockets, sprocket rims and bolt-on sprocket segments to customer drawings, samples and project specifications. For quotation, send the equipment reference, tooth and mounting dimensions, material and heat-treatment requirements, quantity and inspection needs.

Make, model, working position and application
Complete sprocket, rim or bolt-on segments
Tooth count, pitch, profile and mating track chain
Bore, hub, bolt pattern and interface dimensions
Grade, supplied condition and surface requirement
Heat treatment, hardness, inspection and records
Tell us whether you need a complete sprocket, a sprocket rim or a set of bolt-on segments. The mounting arrangement and adjoining components determine which format should be quoted.

A complete sprocket combines the toothed body and mounting interface in one finished part. Send the bore or hub arrangement, bolt pattern, tooth definition and final finish requirements.
A sprocket rim is supplied separately for assembly to an existing hub or carrier. Send the mating diameter, locating features and bolt-hole pattern, and state whether hub machining or assembly is included.
Bolt-on segments are individually mounted around the drive assembly. Send the number of segments required for one set, tooth form, hole pattern, locating surfaces and installation arrangement.

Use the equipment model as a reference and add a drawing, sample or the dimensions of the mating track chain. We use these details to check tooth engagement, mounting interfaces and machining requirements.
Provide the tooth count, pitch, tooth profile, mating track-chain reference and any wear or clearance criteria defined by the project.
Show the bore or hub interface, mounting diameter, bolt-hole quantity and position, locating faces and any datum used to inspect the finished part.
Identify the equipment make, model, undercarriage position and application. Mark any change from the reference arrangement on the drawing or enquiry.
A controlled drawing is the preferred quotation reference. If only a sample is available, tell us whether it is new, worn, repaired or modified so wear and previous repair work are not copied into the new part.
ROCKVANTA compares the available tooth, mounting and material details with the requested condition. Our review identifies the dimensions or specifications that must be confirmed before production planning.
Drawing revision and units
Tooth count, pitch and profile reference
Critical mounting and locating dimensions
Mating chain, hub or carrier information
Sample condition and visible wear
Material, heat treatment and finish

State the material grade, supplied condition, target hardness, treated area and any case-depth requirement on the drawing or RFQ. These details are reviewed together with the machining and inspection requirements for the quoted part.

Depending on the drawing, the quoted work can include blank preparation, drilling, turning, milling, tooth and mounting-feature machining, surface finishing and identification.

Where heat treatment or induction hardening is required, specify the treated area, target hardness or other required result, distortion allowance, later machining and required verification.

List the dimensions, material documents, hardness results, NDT and final records required with the order. ROCKVANTA will confirm which checks and records are included in the quotation.
Tooth and mounting dimensions
Bore, hub, bolt pattern and locating faces
Material documents and hardness results
Treated area or case-depth records where specified
NDT where applicable and agreed
Identification, final records and packing
ROCKVANTA owns and operates five specialized manufacturing bases. After reviewing the drawing, material, machining, heat-treatment, inspection and project requirements, we select a suitable base within the network and coordinate any supporting work between bases.
Available capacity, process coverage and timing are confirmed for the specific RFQ.
Review the Manufacturing BasesReview the drawing and material requirements
Confirm machining and heat-treatment requirements
Coordinate inspection and required supporting work
Confirm inspection records and export packing

Attach the available drawing, sample photographs and equipment reference. Identify any undecided material, heat-treatment, inspection or documentation requirements so they can be resolved during quotation review.
